HIGHLY Recommend. I am so pumped - I just downloaded & got started with this App after getting recommended by my ad agency. The past platform I was using was insanely overpriced, which did not allow me to be profitable. I am realizing that Postscripts is offering the same things plus more for a much more affordable price that makes sense and I wish I had known about them sooner! I am already beyond impressed with the service I have been provided by Shannon. She answered all my questions quickly & thoroughly in a personal way. I honestly cannot wait to get started with Postscripts and am going to be recommending this platform!

We love Postscript! The UI is super simple and clean, and it's driven a good amount of revenue--much more than we initially expected. The reason: next level support. The team at Postscript is so customer-focused that it's hard to believe. Short wait times, super helpful growth and strategy team, and clear, concise communication. Our whole team is impressed with them!

I was referred here from a podcast Messenger Mastermind. I appreciate the customer service. SMS feels so much easier to create and send than email--with fewer characters, less to overthink! This channel isn't generating lots of revenue yet, but I have a lot to do to optimize it still. I like the course that they offer as well. And, the fee structure is simple, which I really appreciate it. I wish it integrated with Omnisend--this has been my biggest hiccup. Overall, I'm satisfied and looking forward to growing this new channel.

We recently switched to PS from another SMS provider and I learned more installing this app and going through the training than I learned the entire 2+ years we spent with the other group. There is a small learning curve but Bryan was quick to respond to my chat request and I am really enjoying the functionality not only with integrations to our website but also the ability to have actual 2- way conversations with our customers. I am so glad I saw a recommendation for this app in the Boutique Hub <3
