I was referred here from a podcast Messenger Mastermind. I appreciate the customer service. SMS feels so much easier to create and send than email--with fewer characters, less to overthink! This channel isn't generating lots of revenue yet, but I have a lot to do to optimize it still. I like the course that they offer as well. And, the fee structure is simple, which I really appreciate it. I wish it integrated with Omnisend--this has been my biggest hiccup. Overall, I'm satisfied and looking forward to growing this new channel.

I am very happy with Postscript SMS Marketing. You can't say enough good things about the platform. Faith was very helpful and super pleasant! She even sent me a guided video to teach me how to resolve the problem if it presents itself again in the future. Thanks Faith!

We recently switched to PS from another SMS provider and I learned more installing this app and going through the training than I learned the entire 2+ years we spent with the other group. There is a small learning curve but Bryan was quick to respond to my chat request and I am really enjoying the functionality not only with integrations to our website but also the ability to have actual 2- way conversations with our customers. I am so glad I saw a recommendation for this app in the Boutique Hub <3

Great app, it has immensely helped with sales overall. The support is fantastic and they respond very quickly. No problems here other than it can be expensive, but it pays for itself quick.

Amazing! Has only been a month and we have seen a major shift in the way that people have been able to connect, sign up, and shop. Also, the support team is just great. Had help today (a Sunday afternoon). Couldn't be happier with the results.

We are 2 days in and in love with Postscript. It's super easy to get started, install the app, do a bit a setup, get some help from support (who are extremely fast and helpful) if needed, then boom you are done and collecting phone numbers. Integrates very nicely with Shopify Plus and Klaviyo, too!
