One of the best apps if not the best shopify app out there. Match your Klaviyo flows on Postscript and you're going to be in a great place. It's a guaranteed ROI boost at a great cost. Zev on their customer support team is the best.

Postscript is intuitive, powerful, and easy to integrate. Most important piece to working with new software is the team behind it. I worked with Shannon on the integrations and she was unbelievable. Very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Best part was she made the process fun with some good humor. No different than my experience with Adam on the sales side of things. Good app for SMS and integrates well with many other tools. They lowered the price to make it more affordable and we use it to add five figures a month in sales to our store. Support is generally quick to respond and take care of any issues.
