Shannon at Postscript is legitimately the best. The customer support is unparalleled! She literally stopped her dinner to help me and got the whole team online to fix a bug in the app. They genuinely care about customer success and I would recommend Postscript to anyone looking to take advantage of SMS!

This is the SMS automation app we had been looking for forever. Simple setup, well designed popups, pre-loaded templates, and excellent support. We would highly recommend this app if you're looking to grow your shop through sms marketing.

Great App - easy to use and set up. Support is amazon and can teach you the ropes and answer all your questions. We look forward using SMS in our marketing efforts.

One of the best apps if not the best shopify app out there. Match your Klaviyo flows on Postscript and you're going to be in a great place. It's a guaranteed ROI boost at a great cost. Zev on their customer support team is the best.

Fantastic tool, immediately increases conversion rate and provides an ROI out of the box once integrated. Zev from the team is the man, their live chat is great and they're extremely proactive. A lot of app companies should really take notes on how postscript works. Great product with even better service.

Incredible easy to use, great customer support and affordable. Other providers offer a more complicated suite of tools, but those are often unnecessary pieces of flash for businesses just looking to build their SMS function. Postscript gives a no-BS solution for getting your SMS program off the ground.

Customer Service rocks!!!!! I messaged them and got a reply in less than a minute. They then went on to fix an issue I had in less than 5 minutes!!!! I'm in my free trial but they now have a customer for life!!!!!!!

Super user friendly, and I greatly appreciate the tech support that seems to answer within ~2 minutes no matter what time it is. It's really helpful as we learn how to best use this platform and much easier to get in touch with than other platforms we have.
