I love this app and the people behind it! Their support team is the best I have encountered with a Shopify app. We are all new to the world of SMS marketing, and their onboarding team made it easy to understand best practices and get campaigns up and running fast. The interface is easy to use, and we are so happy with our experience.

I really enjoy Postscript. I was hesitant to add a SMS & MMS marketing platform, due to the fear of "annoying" my customers.. but with Postscript I don't feel that way at all. I am about to make the texts I send to my customers friendly, personal, and down-to-earth. Postscript is also extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. Shoutout to Jane with Glow Group for getting me set up with Postscript! I am SO happy with my experience.

I love this app! So easy to send text to your customers. It has great reporting features and my favorite part is credits roll over to the next month!!!

My sales have increased drastically from my old texting program to postscript! It's by far the best texting app I have used. My only regret is I wish I would have switched sooner!! I love being able to add gifs, emojis and photos it makes your text messages way more meaningful. Customer service is on point as well!

Easy to use...I love all the automations! I also love that I can add Gifs to my texts. I love that my shopify account is connected! By far the best texting app I have used!

This is the 3rd text company I’ve used and by far the best. The data it gives you is great! I love being able to create customer segments so I don’t have to always send messages to everyone. It’s so easy to use and their customer service responses quickly to questions! Game changer for our business

I love how easy it is to create campaigns and how easy you can go back and compare Sales/ROI. I also love that you can send pictures with your campaigns!

Just during the free trial period, we saw crazy growth with Postscript! It was a no brainer to upgrade our plan once it was over. The amount of revenue we saw from our welcome series alone was amazing! I truly believe it helped bolster our online sales during the most uncertain part of COVID-19. Plus, their live chat support is unprecedented - so helpful and kind - they obviously truly care about their customers.

We have seen a huge jump in revenue since starting with PostScript. The texting flows have been a game changer, and the features are top of the line.

I just downloaded this app and was set up within 5 minutes. Zev was absolutely outstanding. I couldn't keep up with how fast he was - never had better service. He had all campaigns set up, my pricing set up and everything set right away! Excited to see how the software works! Postscripts needs to have Zev teach other companies how to be sooooo effecient (his personality is hilarious too). Travis has been an amazing Account manager too!

I use this app to send customer notifications of new arrivals and sales. I like how right after sending notifications I see my traffic increase and i’m able to set up flows to remind customers of abandoned carts or up sell. When ever I have a questions they answer all my questions right away.

I switched to this app after using another text provider for a year and post script has exceeded my expectations. The flows are amazing and adding photos and gifs has increased my return tremendously!

My sales have grown since starting using this text program..it is my 3rd to use and by far by favorite! It makes it so easy to send good quality text that result in sales. I love that you can also add emojis to your text group as well as gifs and pictures. :)
