Love this app! My customer's love getting text messages, and the customer service is top notch! I've used a few other services and none are as good as Postscript. So user friendly; I'm a customer for life!

I love how the app allows me to send picture messages w/o having to click on a link! It also tells the user who the message is from which is very helpful. I also like being able to receive messages from the customer & be able to respond to them through the app. Very happy with the app.

This has my sales doubling now I can send campaigns to my clients via text! I was having trouble adding the Gif to my messages but their customer service via chat was on it 100%... I LOVE IT HERE

Still on my free trial, but postscript's support is beyond stellar 5/5. Very quick responses, extremely patient, and knowledgeable! Zev from postscript's customer service team has exceeded all my expectations for customer service.

I love how Postscript not only allows me to segment my customer but their automations have been a blessing! We have just started using them and I love the set it and leave it portion of automations, such as abandoned cart. Loving that I can segment for texts, letting me reward the top customers vs. spending a lot of money texting the entire group! Can't wait to figure it out to the max potential!

The Team at PostScript is second to none! I love the dashboard and how I can track all of my campaigns that I run. I love that I can segment my customers into buyers and what they buy. We have been able to make huge gains on our text service with PostScript and I am so excited to see how our business grows with this text service. We have had other text services for years, and I havent been able to see the growth and be more knowledgeable about texting. With my other text companies I was sending text to LARGE groups of people with no strategy, it was just a send and go. With postscript it is more specific to the customer so when I spend $$ I make money. The only thing I would say I dont like about it is its cost. It's a little pricey and the price might scare you, but it is worth it. Also, it does take about 4-6 weeks to get up and running and get campaigns moving...so make sure you really dig into that the first month and get all of your segments running because that next month will come up quick and you will be like ECK!! Overall great app and great company!

We used this app to get a revenue boost for Black Friday, little did we know that 5 months down the road this would be our bigger money-making, and our biggest source of ROI! Easy install, easy campaign planning, easy segment building, easy automation set up, easy everything! SMS is the future, responses and click-through rates are through the roof, and the pricing plans are super affordable! We will never leave this company, they absolutey rock!

In my first month with Postscript, I've spent maybe $500 and we've made about $25,000. The ROI is incredibly awesome. In comparison, I was previously an Attentive customer. Their customer service is pretty decent but it's very slow, as only email support is available. Often, it would take 2-3 days just to get a response. With Postscript I always get a reply via live chat within 5 minutes. Shout out to Zev and Shannon for always taking care of my questions quickly and efficiently! Attentive gave me a really hard time about testing out another text message service (Postscript). They don't allow you to have access to your list when you want it access it. You apparently have to ask "permission" to have the list you've spent time and money curating. They held my customer list hostage for over a week after I asked for it, bombarding me with endless questions as to why I needed it. It left a really poor taste in my mouth. Then when they finally agreed to give it to me, they pretended like they were trying to "protect me", yet they still held my list of customers hostage. It was ridiculous. I finally got a manager on the phone and he was so condescending and rude. When they finally released my list to me, they immediately cut off my access to my Attentive account mid-month, saying that I "am not allowed to try out other text services while using Attentive". Yet, they still charged me for the whole month. Terrible, terrible experience. I'd never recommended Attentive again. Postscript has been totally different. The pay structure is far more beneficial. The ROI is far greater. . I thought we were making a lot with text with Attentive but I'd spend about $2300 a month with them and make like $6000 from text marketing. As I mentioned, I've spent $500 to make $25,000 with text marketing through Postscript. Clearly I have way better ROI with Postscript and the customer support is much faster.

Postscript has made our text marketing so easy. The app has nearly everything we need to run creative campaigns and automations – and when there is something we think it could do better, the team is receptive to our feedback and helps us figure out a way to get it done. Even better than the app, the entire team is such a joy to work with. I've never worked with a SaSS provider that cares as much about our success as the Postscript crew does. They're quick to respond, thorough, and go above and beyond to make sure our experience is great. If you're looking to venture into text messaging (or switching from a less nimble provider like we were) , Postscript is the only company you should consider.

If I could give this company 8 out of 5 Stars… I so would! I have used a lot of Text Campaign Platforms and have tried dozens of Shopify apps to help optimize my store and I have to say, PostScript is one of the best companies | apps I have ever used for so many reasons but since I can’t write an entire book, I’ll just write a teaser instead. First of all, IT WORKS & IT MAKES ME MONEY! First of all it does what it says it will do and I immediately saw a return on my money. Using Post Script has significantly increased my bottom line. Not too mention, the price point is very reasonable compared to other companies who offer a lot less. Secondly, it is EASY TO USE. It is soooo easy to use. You do not have to be a genius nor completely app savvy. The platform is super easy to navigate and set up. I love analytics as they help me plan my next move and postscript analytics are super thorough. Lastly, and so important to me is the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! There is nothing better than a company that actually responds to their clients in a completely timely fashion and really gives a damn. No matter how small or medium my question is, the Postscript team is always there to immediately fix it and their response time is so consistent and has not altered in all my years of utilizing them. Their entire team has been so helpful, I could not possibly ask for more if I tried. Im obsessed.
