We needed text messaging marketing implemented on our store and a friend recommended PostScript to us. PostScript definitely sets the bar for a text messaging platform! The setup was EASY and the platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The best part is that their support team is literally probably one of the best support teams out there. They are very responsive and don't treat your support inquiry like another ticket. Can't say enough great things. 10/10 would recommend!

Been meaning to jump into SMS for some months now, and was waiting on Klaviyo's product. Heard about PS from Kurt Elster's podcast not too long ago, so I thought It would be a great idea to AT LEAST start collecting numbers now. Shannon from PS CS has been truly amazing and a gem. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. She was also very helpful and she helped the setup of automations and helped me better understand the platform in general. The platform itself seems quite powerful thus far, with a relatively easy UX. Shannon is a keeper.

Shannon on their Customer Support team is so helpful and was able to assist me with creating a new list to alert our subscribers of products we're discontinuing. Plus the recharge integration is a huge plus! Love the Postscript team!!!!

I was experiencing what I thought was a systems issue right before launching a campaign Shannon was amazingly supportive and patient helping to resolve my human error and taught me something else I had overlooked previously. Love the system it pays for itself each month!

If you want to grow your revenue, and the bottom line this is the SMS application to use. With BESPOKE White Glove style service, I can't speak higher of the PostScript Team. We use this on all of our e-commerce brands and projects.

The Postscript team was very helpful and responsive throughout on-boarding and whenever I had questions regarding set-up or needed help troubleshooting. The platform was easy to use and effective once we were taught how to navigate it.

WE are just launching - so I can't review it from a profitability perspective yet. But the service in getting it set-up and functional is PHENOMENAL! I will update my review once we are actually up and running, but for now - I'm happy that getting this app is one thing I can check off my list without alot of pain and time. THANKS!!

Adam did a great job introducing us to the platform. He spent all the time we needed to learn and has checked back in since. When we have a question, their support chat is on the ball! (Thank you Shannon!). More important is that our FIRST campaign, only 568 texts, gained us $1,200 in sales 75% of that within 2 hours of sending. Excited to have set up the abandon cart automation to see how it performs for BF! Excellent app, integrates with Klaviyo and Zendesk. Super easy to use and if you get stuck there is a ton of support at your fingertips. DO IT!

The team and the product at Postscript are fabulous. They are knowledgeable, helpful, great at solving problems quickly and a pleasure to work with (look out for Adam, Sean and Shannon!) They have been highly supportive throughout the whole process of setting up and using their platform. Can't recommend them highly enough!

very beautiful user interface. Before PostScript I tried three other services and they were all clunky - I also had to "rent" a phone number that's 10 digits long (not user friendly looking for my customers). Postscript allows me to send messages with a short code, I can create keyword triggers and a host of other automations that help my life a lot easier. The integration with shopify and klaviyo is a plus - it was very seamless, and a lot less connecting stuff together on my part (I had to use Zapier to connect the pieces together alot with other interfaces that does not integrate directly). Just very glad that this service integrates directly with two platforms I use most frequently - Shopify and Klaviyo. Customer service also awesome (even on a Sunday afternoon) so that was a nice surprise!!

There are few apps in the Shopify ecosystem that would qualify as instant gamechangers, but this is one of them no doubt. Sean was so helpful in getting us set up and off to the races with SMS marketing, and we're just beginning to the rewards see its massive potential. Kudos to you guys for creating a Klaviyo-caliber platform for SMS

Great app, easy to set up and integrate with klaviyo, recharge, and other apps we have already. Highly recommend giving it a try -- we started with much more expensive options but this was better priced and has many more automations.
