Highly recommended app for SMS/MMS marketing. We were previously using a different app, but this one was hands down better overall. We like the fact that we were able to be TCPA-compliant in just a few minutes. Support is great too.

I love postscript! We've tried 2 other sms apss and postcript blows them out of the water! Very easy to use, great interface, amazing support that gets back to me quickly. By far the best sms app out there for shopify stores and ecommerce in general. We love this app at goPure!

I have had the pleasure of working with two great account managers at Postscript, ironically both named Sean W. They couldn’t be more attentive. Between answering my questions as I learned how to use the app to jumping on a call with me to suggest ways to scale our campaigns, they rock! This app has been a great new channel of revenue for our company. I was skeptical how people would react to getting offers via text, but it’s working! We are seeing very high conversion rates and look forward to expanding with more campaigns. Thanks guys!

Installing this today moving over from another text app competitor. Aside from Sean being an awesome rep that quickly organized a plan overnight and setup a great demo walk through, the functionality capabilities from this platform blows the app that we were paying more for out of the water. They have a lot of segmentation that is closer to email capabilities, their own popup instead of having to use an outside popup, and better text technology from a user experience from what I can tell. It looks like they've thought through the text experience much more than others, and they even have an integration with ReCharge already! Really excited to see the performance of this for our brands. - Dan

Insane support from the online chat team member Sean who stayed up all night to get everything I wanted from Postscript up and running. Postscript enabled us to promote a number customers can text for support, rather than just email. We can then forward their response to Gorgias, which our support team then open, reply and close the ticket all in one place, which shoots the customer back a helpful text message. Great platform! Postscript is awesome - It's like Klaviyo for SMS. The targeting and segmentation capabilities are very robust, and it's quick and easy to set up automations and campaigns. The team at Postscript is also amazing, super responsive and helpful. Thanks for all your help, Sean!

We have 1/5 the amount of text message subscribers that we do of email addresses, and our text messaging bring us more business! Even better than that is the customer service. Real people are on the other end of the chat seconds later who understand the basis of relationship driven sales.

We have been using postscript for the past 3 months and have see a huge increase in recovering abandon carts. The postscript team has been awesome!! It's a US based team with supper quick response. They also have given us a lot of suggestion on implementing new strategies that really work.
