We have 1/5 the amount of text message subscribers that we do of email addresses, and our text messaging bring us more business! Even better than that is the customer service. Real people are on the other end of the chat seconds later who understand the basis of relationship driven sales.

Implementing SMS has been a GAME CHANGER! We average 10-15k a month in abandoned cart SMS messages and monthly sale broadcasts bringing in 10-20k PER TEXT!! PostScript is a great way to start marketing to your customers via SMS. Every year we have a bigger and bigger share of users shopping via mobile, and SMS is quickly becoming a vital way to reach them.

Owners/Support are super sharp people. The app itself is intuitive to use with powerful segmenting capabilities. The integration with Shopify is done really well, all customer and order info can be used with confidence. Setting up automation or one-off campaigns is straight-forward. We've seen immediate results just from sending a couple of targeted campaigns, well worth the investment.

This is a great app and easy to use The only issue is that it will cost you a lot of money to run a big campaign
