Postscript SMS Marketing

We found Postscript after hearing how effective sms marketing can be from our agency and wanted to try it. Postscript had a few features other shopify apps didn't so we reached out. Their team was super responsive and helped us set up some test sms campaigns and automations. We were nervous about customer reception, but it worked really well and unsubscribes were low. Postscript has been a great tool for driving revenue. It’s easy to use, and I’m seeing very strong results from focusing on SMS as a marketing channel (higher click rates and conversion rates than email by far). I’ve more than made my money back on Postscript – it’s working so well I even started requiring phone numbers from customers during checkout. Plus, the gifs are fun!
