So far so good, easy to install and set up. Alot of the automation is completed already which makes getting up and running really simple. The only tricky part is understanding the cost per message (160 characters = 1 SMS, 1600 Characters = 1 MMS message). However once you have that understanding adjusting messaging and making the right choice about which type of message to use is a breeze. Great customer support as well!

I used this app to help create a phone subscription sign up and customer subscription list for my store. I like the app a lot however there were a few things I was confused on. I went to chat support and Faith from PostScript was extremely helpful in answering all my questions very fast and informatively. She was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend to others!

We've been using Postscript for about 2 years now and it's a great affordable SMS service for small businesses. Compared to other SMS marketing services out there (Attentive and the like) that charge 10x or more, we feel that Postscript provides 90% of the functionality of these other large providers. Over time PS has improved their services (e.g. Flows) that now I feel it's likely just as good for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend PS if you're a small biz getting into SMS marketing or even if you're a larger one that's more established that needs to get up and running ASAP>
