Great support. I've had sales conversions over $1100 in my trial period, which is more than I expected. They went above and beyond my expectations and I'm excited about sending out more SMS messages to my customers.

Customer service is great, always a quick response. Great price and lots of features to use. I'd encourage anyone to test this one out first, I don't think you'll want to find another one.

I had some issues with activation for my automations so I messaged support for help. It was 12:30 am EST and I was't expecting a response however they knew the issue that I was having and solved it promptly! Great customer support!

Just getting started with Postscript. The app makes it easy for you to setup. Sms trumps email all day. And just had a convo with support at 11pm.. Nuff said. Get the app.

I'm making the switch from my existing SMS platform. I'm still working on the transition but so far the customer service has been helpful. I'm looking forward to using this app and making SMS work for my store!

Haven't actually used yet, but the team and support is great. Instant responses for any of your questions. Zev is the guy to go to if you have any questions and/or want to explain your business and what you hope to accomplish with Postscript. Will finish review once I have fully tested its capabilities

I've a few weeks into my trial and loving the app! Already saved over $500 in abandoned carts. We'll definitely be staying on as paying customers. I loved how they walked me through the setup in the beginning so that we know we're doing everything by the book. The automations are gold. And the customer service is top notch!
