Been using them for over a year and pretty happy. They have given a lot of personalized support and consulting, which is a must for a brand like us with a lean team and no dedicated role for this. Feel like more of a partnership than a "number" like you do with some of the bigger platforms out there.

Love this app- total game changer for abandoned carts and upsells. On top of that the customer service is outstanding. Highly reccomend!

Not only was Zev helpful, he made helping me funny and prompt. I figured I wasn't going to get an answer tonight so I was shocked to find that someone popped on right away after my signing up and helping me. He was knowledgeable and helpful all in one. Thanks again and looking forward to working with the postscript app + Shopify. Yall Rock. Highly recommend!

We recently made the switch to Postscript and have been extremely impressed with the customer service (shoutout to Zev!), the ease of the platform, and the integrations Postscript offers us. Their CS team is always available to help and answer questions. It's easy to setup new automations and campaigns that drive revenue and grow our SMS list and last but not least Postscript easily integrates with many platforms/tools we already use to give our customers a cohesive experience.

I chatted in with a simple question. Shannon answered my question promptly and then proceeded by saying since you have me, is there anything else I can help with? Would you like me to look at your automations? And she HELPED ME make some edits and create new ones! Shannon has honestly been the nicest and most helpful person I have come across since starting my boutique a year ago! :)

We at agood.com, use Postscript for all International customers and the power of what you can do with the platform outcompete all other options. Especially if you are looking into customisations and subscriptions. Customer service is 5 stars

Great support! lots of flexibility to configure different flows for mobile vs desktop, and the ability to tie a click from an unidentified mobile device through to checkout so it gets properly associated with the shopify customer is clutch.

Omg! I've had Postscripts for almost two years! Rarely had an issue! I ran into something slight (that was apparently my fault) lol and they took care of it immediately and the follow up game is strong!!!
