Had an issue with the form plugin appearing on our Shopify site and couldn't resolve the issue from various FAQs and online troubleshooting, so contacted POWR support and received a message and the resolution within 1 business day. Needed a fast turnaround and got one - excellent app and support. Special thanks to Jamilya for the help.
Amazing support team! We've been using POWR apps for over 4 years now and love it. We recently published a custom application for our website through the integration with the POWR apps and worked against a tight deadline. Irina and the engineering team responded daily to our needs, updated scripts and published our theme, resulting in no downtime. Highly recommend!

Very straightforward app that is easy to navigate and customize for each company/brand need. The customer service team is also very helpful and quick with resolutions towards any concerns regarding your account. I highly recommend this to any Customer Service Coordinators and companies!

POWR lets you create forms with simplicity and ease. I am NOT a computer person, and even I figured it out. Even better is if you need help, they provide a LIVE chat with a specialist to help you with the issue you're having in a quick amount of time. Highly recommended.

Out of all the contact builder apps I've tried for customer surveys, this one surpasses the rest by a wide margin. It offers extensive styling control and seamless integration with Omnisend, giving you unparalleled versatility. Had a small issue but Richcarde M. managed to help me solve it within a couple of minutes. Easily recommended.
