Microsoft edge is warning that this website has phishing threats and blocking its contents. Don't know what happened.
Hello there, Our sincere apologies about that. Please rest assured that it's currently showing only in the admin interface, as our apps will still be visible to your visitors on your live site. The issue is occuring only with Microsoft Edge browser, and our engineers are already in talks with Microsoft team to make sure that it'ss fixed asap. Richarde was very helpful. I am sorry there is an ad on the bottom of the form since I'm on the free plan. But that's not his fault!
Hi Mandy, Thanks for your honest feedback, and glad to know that you received all the help expected from our support team! However it's not possible to have the same benefits on the free plan as on the paid plans unfortunately, meaning the POWR watermark will show at the bottom of the app unless you upgrade. This app is user friendly, easy to customize, and easy to use. The thing that I don't like about this plug-in is that it loads very slow on our site once published. It's more than a couple of seconds. People just don't want to wait for it! Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong?

I want to like this app because of the conditional logic and ease of use. However it does not seem to work on Edge browser for Android(not that anyone actually uses that). Support says it is fine. After testing on several devices It is clearly not. One more mention is a customer messaged trying to fill out a form, saying they could not fill out and received message "could not fill out form due to embedded code". Lastly the form loads slowly even with my 150mbs internet service.(see slow load here https://sunshineagsupply.com/pages/kifco-reel-design)

The app is great, however, it had one issue that made us spend a lot of time fixing it. Which shouldn't had happened in the first place.

Easy to use, but slow to load on our site. Not sure if it's just because it's external, or due to the transitions, but we've had a few customers that complain there is no form on the page.

I used this app to help me make a form for my custom painting clients. I really like how easy it was to use. I just wish the form would load faster on my website. That is the only thing that is keeping me from giving it 5 stars
Thanks for your review! A script is required to load our plugins, and the script will load in the order that it appears in relation to other scripts on your HTML site. In other words, it is not that the POWr plugin is slow, but rather, it is waiting on other scripts to finish loading before rendering on your site. While we cannot control the loading speed of your plugin on your HTML site, POWr's product development team is constantly striving to make the user-experience optimal for our products, and we definitely take into account the loading speeds of our standalone plugins. As our team continues to grow, we are actively working to make POWr plugins faster for our users!

Love how it auto syncs to Google Sheets. Would use it more if there was a way to control the amount of ticket sales (to enter a quantity maximum and have a "sold out" function). Also it's tricky to use GST, would like that to be more user friendly.

It helps us a lot, but it should be able to automatically link customer information to our platform.
Thank you for leaving your review. the information that your customer submit in the form can be found in your Form Responses Dashboard. within your form. Once you edit your form, got to Settings and click on View Form Responses, you will have access to all the customer information.

Great app, but i would like it and give it 5 stars if the form isnt pop up at its own once reaching the site or at least there is an option to change it.. would change it to 5 stars if this is fixed

It was fairly easy to create and install. The only thing I'm not happy about is that is that it is very slow and when someone goes to my page, you see the code for a second and then the form appears and the code is below the form. It looks unprofessional so I'm trying something else

I really enjoyed using this app. It was very helpful in being able to design custom forms. I would definitely recommend this app
