Det här är den enda mall som fungerar nu när jag bygger hemsida i Shopify. Jag har testat två andra appar, den första gled under menyn, den andra gick inte att installera. Det som är viktigt med denna app är att du själv behöver göra mallen proffsig, det är det enda som skulle förbättras. Den app som har 4.9 i rating har riktigt snygg grundmall, ingenting behöver ändras.

App works well. I use this as a form for my customers to submit UGC to be featured on our site + socials. Will change to 5 stars when the multiple file upload feature works properly. I'm currently using four upload fields to allow users to upload multiple photos, and the paid plan is required to do this.

The issue was resolved and there was good follow up communication.

We found it useful initially, but then was no longer working with our platform/site. Customer service with POWR staff however was exceptional and very responsive.

Richcarde did solve my problem when Responses stopped being delivered to our Emailadresse. He did understand the problem straight away and fixed it within 1 day. He replied very quickly. Support is very good, but loading time of the embed contact forms in our sites is a bit too slow for us. We still keep the App, because it has the features "Autoresponder" and "Sent notification to Email", but I think he loading time is a downside.

So far it got the required features and input fields that probably needed.

Fast responnse and very knowledeable on the issue I was having using the app. I would recommend the anytime.

I had trouble after creating a new form, it wasn't "plugging-in" to my website. I reached out to support and worked with Richcarde M, who was responsive and timely and was able to resolve my issue. Not the best app experience, but great customer service!

This app works ok. The Business Plan is too expensive, but the customer service team helped us find a more affordable plan for my business' needs.

I use this app for Contact Us Form. Apparently there are many things I can do with it, but I don't find it user friendly or intuitive. However the service I received from Mithsou was very good as he found a problem and fixed it. Thank you!

This app is really easy to use and they have WONDERFUL support! Richcarde has been super helpful on their support team! Two issues I have are: 1) I wish there was a bit more customization available, and I wish the form loaded faster on our website (it's always the last element to load on the page).

Useful so far, videos online have been helpful. Their FAQ's responded to many of our questions and their website has all of the infromation you need.
