this app provides Very Nice and responsive design forms for a website. I liked it very much. Its integration also very easy . if you have no coding experience still you can edit and make a form with the help of this app.

A great app - very useful! I used it for a price quote request on our site, and it works like a charm! Only thing is that it takes a little time to load the site for the form to show - but otherwise it´s very userfriendly!

I used the app to use a form where visitors can leave their name and email address, so I can send them personalized emails. It's very user friendly, easy to handle and a piece of cake to install on shopify

So far, so good. I have just installed a registration form and I am happy with the way it looks and reacts. The date field is a little screwy but everything else is great.

I like it. Very user friendly! Easy to create and easy to adjust. Ease to make confirmation mail. Other languages easy to set.
