Great tool to begin with marketing forms. I use it to get subscriptions for a sample I post to people wanting to try my product. It is easy to use and it is free.

Loving this form! I was even able to use the same fonts that I use on the rest of my site and make it seamless. I love how it integrates with Shopify.

We used it as a form for people to apply to our VIP group and its GREAT it helped us do everything we needed to and ask all the questions we needed to ask well. Very customizable.
