I used this to build out a custom contact form. The process was super easy and everything was very intuitive. I like all of the preset options and templates.

Just set up our contact form allowing customers the opportunity to fill out a simple form requesting a quote for custom umbrellas. The settings were so simple and quick to set up and I was able to send notifications once the form is filled out to multiple email addresses so we can follow up quickly. Form Builder is off to a GREAT start! Thanks, Jim

Very easy to use and exactly what i needed! It has multiple custom templates or you can build your own and choose what pages you want it on!

Easy to use app that makes powerful forms for my business's custom orders! I was able to make great forms with the free version but the perks of the paid plan were too good to pass up.

So far this app does exactly what I need it to. Helps with employee application forms as well as a other application forms.
