No support help at all. I've literally emailed them over 3 times about a error I'm having with a page. I can't use the page until its fixed. They won't email me back, so I'm going to have to find a different app

I've been using this Form Builder since 2016 and it just keeps getting better. They are current with adding new features to constantly improve, and the customer support is quick and helpful, Mithsou was a pleasure to work with and answered all my recent questions. Definitely recommend!

Microsoft edge is warning that this website has phishing threats and blocking its contents. Don't know what happened.

Richarde was very helpful. I am sorry there is an ad on the bottom of the form since I'm on the free plan. But that's not his fault!
Hi Mandy, Thanks for your honest feedback, and glad to know that you received all the help expected from our support team! However it's not possible to have the same benefits on the free plan as on the paid plans unfortunately, meaning the POWR watermark will show at the bottom of the app unless you upgrade. The app is great for the most part and any issues that arise can be brought to the support team. I have been helped by excellent team members of POWR such as Arlyne and Richcarde M. My only complaint is that I have ran into a few different issues with a larger form, which is expected due to the complexity, and said issues tend to arise without user changes being the root cause. Overall one of the better products on the market (due in part to their excellent support team).

Great form builder, customer service is always super helpful, and was great to find an archived form for me so I didn't have to build it again. Thank you!
