EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED! This form builder is by far the EASIEST one out there. It also has so many options you can add such as file uploads, captcha, etc.

Made my first form and was pleasantly surprised! The free version gives me a ton of options and works with my current updated version of iOS (others did not). Truly easy to use and looks great! Fully customizable! Great job!

Worked great to easily add a form to my site and the options available are great as well. Only thing I am still trying to figure out is how to put forms on two different pages.

Customizable and easy to use. It would be nice to know the css markup that is already in place so it can be easier to add css of your own. I ended up inspecting the element when I was testing it out, which did the trick.
