Great App. Easy to use and does the job. A must if you want your own forms on your Shopify shop. Highly recommended.

Please i don't understand why it doesn't send no email at all ! I made many test no email for me no confirmation email for customer. I tried to change my email no confirmation mail. IS THAT JUST DECORATION ? Please HELP !
Hello, I'm sorry to hear that your form is not sending out confirmation or notification emails. I can definitely look into this for you but in order for me to do so, please reach out to [email protected] and provide me with the email address that is associated with your POWr account as well as the email that is connected to your form. On a paid subscription and form builder hasn´t loaded for at least 24 hours. In general, it also loads very slow.

we used form builder to set up a wholesale page form. app works well and was super easy to use + install. great job!

So far so good--easy out of the gate. Even used some of the provided code to put the form in a different spot. Doing what I need so far!

Super easy. Just installed on website. Will do some more testing, but very simple and intuitive to create a form with all the functions we needed.

Years ago I paid someone to create a customized contact form for me and when I updated my theme, the customizations were gone. I checked the Shopify help centre and spent about three frustrating minutes trying to edit code myself to recreate my contact form before realizing that I'm not a coder! I went to the app store and added Form Builder by POWr.io. This app is AMAZING! My forms look so much nicer, the app is easy to install, easy to use, it makes it really easy to publish the form to your website and you can easily update a form if you'd like to change it. You can add elements such as text boxes, multiple choice questions and my favourite is the ability to add follow up questions which only appear if the previous question is answered a certain way (i.e. Do you like puppies? Yes or No - but if you answer No it would include a follow up question - Why not?). If you need a form, I would highly recommend this app!

I cant believe this app is FREE, great functionality and ease of install. I was able to even install the completed form on sub pages.

I used this app to create product sample request forms, as well as FAQ submissions. the app is really easy to use, and allows a lot of customization. Highly recommend implementing into your site!

Very easy to use. Easy to create nice forms and link them to other services like Mailchimp. Unfortunately the font selection is limited to Google's awful webfont collection, but that's a minor issue.

Great app! Easy to use and would recommend it to everyone. Easy to customize and many great functions such as connecting to Google Sheet.
