I was going to use a google form but POWr.io's Form Builder is better and integrates directly into my site. Love it!

Easy to create the form. Interface is very easy to use. Fast integration with shopify. I was able to create a simple contact form in 5 minutes!

I was very pleased with the Form Builder App. It was very easy to use and very easy to add it to my site. Creating the form was simple and very intuitive. I would highly recommend using this App for your store.

I really loved this app. Just had a hard time figuring out making it work when it was already published on my site but nonetheless, looks like it's easy to figure out. :) Great app
