Great App. Easy to use and does the job. A must if you want your own forms on your Shopify shop. Highly recommended.

This app is very easy to use. I use it to create a lot of forms for my website. I love it a lot and will recommend to anyone

It's so easy to build custom forms using this app. I used it to build a form to capture customer feedback, and it couldn't have been easier - I was done in under 10 minutes! What I like most about it is how it integrates seamlessly with your Shopify theme, like it's built in.

Worked like a charm. I was using another app and it did not work well with my theme. This one did and it was very easy to use. Great Job!

So far so good--easy out of the gate. Even used some of the provided code to put the form in a different spot. Doing what I need so far!

Super easy. Just installed on website. Will do some more testing, but very simple and intuitive to create a form with all the functions we needed.
