I love how you can create your own fields in the form. Very easy to use and install to my shopify store.

So far so good. This app has done exactly what we needed it to- a Wholesale Application. Will update our review once we start to receive responses. Very easy to use and semi-customizable. We are using the free version and would recommend this app.

So far, best app I've ever used in Shopify apps. The prices are pretty fair as well. I love all the apps I've used from POWR so far.

The platform is very user friendly. Easy to set up and in no time the form is up and running on my website. I highly recommend POWR as they have several apps that can really help you in so many areas. A+++++++++++++ Customer Support was very fast to fix a small glitch on my website. Arlyne fixed the problem and assisted me very quickly. She was very knowledgeable and knew what to do right away to solve my issue. Very easy to install, setup and make the forms, and the reporting is exactly what we were looking for. Nothing too complicated, but powerful enough for our somewhat difficult quoting scenarios.

Form Builder is so QUICK and EASY to use. It integrates flawlessly into your website. Forget the other FORM APPs, Form Builder replaces all of them and you can't beat the price. People email us, asking which APP we use for our forms, because they are so efficient. Five Stars!!

Easy to use and customize! Customers can fill out required information allowing orders to be processed quickly without spending time trying to reach customer to clarify information needed to ensure item is correct.
