Creating forms with Form Builder is about as easy as can be. Intuitive interface guides you every step of the way. Great app!

Process took maybe ten minutes. The form was just what I needed. Awesome that the free membership gives you what you need to create the form. If my business grows, the paid membership will definitely be in the future.

We have been using form builder for 6 months now for our custom and wholesale inquiries. The Mailchimp integration has been a great feature, and the zero coding implementation is much appreciated :)
