I used this app to create a form to collaborate with social media users. Made my form in minutes. This app is a must have for everyone and its free.

Really good app! It let me use all the functions i needed for my website. Easy to use and install. Very happy.

I had trouble receiving emails. I do not recommend it if you start a store with a lot of traffic. This plugin could crash at any moment.

I used this site to help me build custom forms. Pretty easy to follow. You can customize the form on how you want it to look

It is not working right. I used the email form in Form builder. not working correctly and not sending the collections forward.

Works very nice, can creaty my own custom popups, even without form and only text notifications, very useful.

For a free app, this has a great interface, is easy to use, and offers great options for customization.

Used this app to create a wholesale application form. Easy to use and works well. Nice integration with MailChimp and Zapier too!

As a new user to Shopify I am loving this app it does a lot for us and is simple to use. I would recommend it to anyone!

It was easy to set up and use POWr forms on our site. We are using the limited free version, but pay for the Map. Both work well for the simple forms that we need, including payment.

Great app and easy to use. Am able to interact with my customer in so many different ways from photo submissions, contests, and design ratings.

I really like this plug-in and it really helped me get the job done fast. Only one complaint: I wish I could re-arrange some elements (left/right) rather than just everything stacking up on top of each other

This app all in all is pretty robust. Its modular format makes it very user friendly, and I appreciate the customizability of it. My only complaint is that it can feel bulky if you're adding conditions to certain aspects as there is no way to actively group items together. Also I've noticed some minor glitches when creating duplicates where the edit page for an item just won't show up.
