the app works really good. no glitches and easy to use and implement. the ability to copy forms is really good because I don't have to recreate from scratch.

I used this app to add a trade application form to my website. Very easy to do and it looks great. I use shopify and the form integrates with one click no need to write any code. Brilliant idea and free.

Easy to use App, Has everything you need to build a form and more, saves you hours in coding them yourself. We needed a larger form so can get quite expensive.

Used this for a multitude of contests, entries, etc.! We loved the customization ability. Will definitely keep using.

I really like this app, easy and simple to use. Installation was super easy and editing on the live site was easy as well.

Super easy to use - made a form in less than 10 minutes. Don't love that support is only via email and seems to be on European timing. Otherwise, great!

Easy to use and customer support is great. They're really quick to fix any and all issues via email, and they respond quickly.

I used this app to build a dealer/distributor sign up form. Very easy to use and fairly user friendly. Definitely the right price at FREE. Would like to see more control over font sizes. Color picker is excellent.

The app works good for what we need. The customer service agent via chat was very helpful and able to get our form working that was not showing up for customers.
