Super easy. Just installed on website. Will do some more testing, but very simple and intuitive to create a form with all the functions we needed.

Cant believe this is free. Great app that has a lot of fields to offer. And for a free app offers a good bit of customization.

Very easy and can't wait to do more with it! I like that I can have it automatically add to may pages versus going back and forth in between template editing.

I just started using it but it seems to be doing what it says it will do. Made my first form and I love how you are able to edit it and put animations and diferent things. I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking for an option to that dreary default contact form.

Years ago I paid someone to create a customized contact form for me and when I updated my theme, the customizations were gone. I checked the Shopify help centre and spent about three frustrating minutes trying to edit code myself to recreate my contact form before realizing that I'm not a coder! I went to the app store and added Form Builder by POWr.io. This app is AMAZING! My forms look so much nicer, the app is easy to install, easy to use, it makes it really easy to publish the form to your website and you can easily update a form if you'd like to change it. You can add elements such as text boxes, multiple choice questions and my favourite is the ability to add follow up questions which only appear if the previous question is answered a certain way (i.e. Do you like puppies? Yes or No - but if you answer No it would include a follow up question - Why not?). If you need a form, I would highly recommend this app!

I cant believe this app is FREE, great functionality and ease of install. I was able to even install the completed form on sub pages.

I used this app to create product sample request forms, as well as FAQ submissions. the app is really easy to use, and allows a lot of customization. Highly recommend implementing into your site!
