Great app and easy to use! Just wish there was a little more customisation available with the design options.

Super easy to use - made a form in less than 10 minutes. Don't love that support is only via email and seems to be on European timing. Otherwise, great!

The app works good for what we need. The customer service agent via chat was very helpful and able to get our form working that was not showing up for customers.

It does exactly what it says and the form itself is very good to create and add to your site. I love the dashboard and the stats that tell me how many times people have clicked on it. However, it takes an awkward amount of time to load the form whenever you go on the page. I did ask the support team but they simply said that's the way it is and its fast from our side.

Response gained for the app being down in my country (DNS issues). Support was fast. Happy with the app it does what it says.

Very easy to work with, but when I went back to make edits, it didn't change my original form.

Easy to use and integrate to the website, also very easy to edit and change the way it looks. The only reason for the 4* is that it takes quite awhile for the code to load, and for a few milliseconds you can see the code on the page! However does the job it's suppose to and works well enough. I have had many customer inquiries using the form which gets sent directly to my email. You can find an example on my site on the main menu..."More", and then "Corporate Order Form".

Super easy form builder and quick code to paste on your page. The form loading could be made a bit more faster. Easy customization.

I would definitely recommend this to other Shopify users. Very easy to do, easy to style and easy to input information. Upgrading is very reasonably priced as well.

Works great, wish there was a flat fee for use on all forms, instead of cost for all different forms.

Great functionality, easy to use interface, very quick customer service, and most importantly, extremley functional. Keep up the good work!
