Over the years and several websites I've used different apps to create forms. This one was one of the easiest I've used. It works flawlessly. I love when I need to add an element to my website and it comes together in mere minutes. Thank you :)

I hesitate to write a review so early on, but I was prompted to do so ;) I appreciate the customization of this software. It's a free tool, so don't expect what you'd find in a paid program, but overall I'm very impressed. There is enough flexibility to build a branded form. I am currently having an issue with my Mailchimp sync and it not pulling my correct lists. Not sure if it's something I've missed or an issue with the software, so I won't comment on it yet. I've emailed support and hopefully that's an awesome experience and I can update this review after it to reflect that.

I tested several apps out and reviewed some pricey online form submission options, but this one was very customizable, it was easy to navigate and customize and was by far the best option available to me. I really appreciate the simplicity and the lack of pushing other internal apps off on me. 2 thumbs up!!
