Just set up our contact form allowing customers the opportunity to fill out a simple form requesting a quote for custom umbrellas. The settings were so simple and quick to set up and I was able to send notifications once the form is filled out to multiple email addresses so we can follow up quickly. Form Builder is off to a GREAT start! Thanks, Jim

As far as build experience goes, it's a breeze to use. I will update this review as we receive submissions and user experience gets back to us.

Very easy to use and exactly what i needed! It has multiple custom templates or you can build your own and choose what pages you want it on!

I found it really easy to use. Got my custom form up and running in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else who need to make a custom form and not do any coding.

Easy to use app that makes powerful forms for my business's custom orders! I was able to make great forms with the free version but the perks of the paid plan were too good to pass up.

Versatile, fun, user-friendly! I enjoy using this app and it's one of my favorite plug-ins. You can customize the form for a nearly endless amount of uses, and although there might be a paid version somewhere I have yet to run into any limitations on the free version! The one thing I wish they did better was that there is a 5-6 second load time to boot the form onto the page, but as I put it at the bottom so people scroll down to it the damage is minimal. This might also not be a problem on other computers/browsers. Overall a great app! =^..^=

So far this app does exactly what I need it to. Helps with employee application forms as well as a other application forms.

I used the app to make a form. It was easy and free. No issues, it runs smooth, and it's pretty intuitive.
