This app is super simple to use. It's a little odd because you edit the form from another site but it's easy. Really nice looking responsive forms! I'm impressed!

Great app, it's nice to have valuable resources that are free! As a smaller business is it helpful to have "essentials" be free.

So far the Form Builder app is great! I have a few questions though. How do I make a form field show only when a field above it is filled? How do I install the form to the checkout page? The width of fields needs to be adjustable, and not only as a percentage of the form's total width. If that's doable already, how do I do it?
