Cool app. Simple clicks to create a form and integrate it to a page. Recommend it 100% if you are looking to create custom forms.

Can be clunky to add to your site at times. Other than that this is a great app for creating forms - the recaptcha functionality makes things a lot easier.

Super application facile a configurer a voir avec le temps si cela reste gratuit mais même payent si cela ne dépasse une dizaine d'euro par an cela en vaudrais la peine.

SO EASY to incorporate and send me an email immediately after a form has been submitted!! I am using it for my ambassador program application and it works perfectly!

Over the years and several websites I've used different apps to create forms. This one was one of the easiest I've used. It works flawlessly. I love when I need to add an element to my website and it comes together in mere minutes. Thank you :)

Best form builder I used by far for shopify. I have tried them all, and this one is the easiest to use.
