Easy to create the form. Interface is very easy to use. Fast integration with shopify. I was able to create a simple contact form in 5 minutes!

Incredible app. No up selling, easy to use and fits well with the Shogun app. You can do drop down list, addresses, custom choices, etc.

This app did exactly what I wanted it to do and more. I wanted something simple and it was that and so much more. I ended up created far better forms than I originally set out to make. 5 Stars for me.
