I really needed customers to sign up for various programs and Form Builder does an amazing job if creating forms and capturing the data. I also love the Mail Chimp integration which allows me to stay in touch with the program participants. I absolutely love this app. Thanks

Very useful for creating more advanced contact forms than the template that Shopify provides. It's easy to use and you can make the templates look very good.

I used this app to help me modify my contact form to add a file upload element. This app suit my preference to get my contact us page to look minimal. However I would be pleased if my customers manage to upload multiple files in that single element.

So far so good! Loved the options! I used my form for a Athlete submission form. Seams to have all the areas I needed thanks! Update: Its been 2 weeks and still working great! Update: it's been 6 months. I have tried to edit the form and it saves but does not re-publish the saved form....Will have to dig deeper.

I used this app to create a form to request a quote for a custom product. The only problem I have is that it does not correctly align images for the "image selection" part of my form. Otherwise it was very helpful and met my needs.

I was going to use a google form but POWr.io's Form Builder is better and integrates directly into my site. Love it!

I am a partner of shopify and develop many shopify sites for my clients, and beleive me this is just the most awesome app you can find in the marketplace, it is simple to configure and install in anywhere you want in your site, either using their automatic installation button or using the shortcode which is very easy to embed in any page. The design function is amazing because it allows you to create stunning displays that can be customizable according to your theme, colours and fonts. Support is honestly not really required, I have just sent them a couple of requests and got inmediate solution. Congratulations, all your apps you create!
