It is not free as it claims to be. The free version is so limited that it is simply not worth the while to build a form and be faced with tonnes of restrictions.

Horrible app. Very slow loading up on mobile devices to the point where potential clients leave the form page. It is not $0 a month entirely. Important features which you expect to be part of the app they will charge you $7.99 a month.

I love this APP. So far it has been very valuable for our ambassador program! I will be upgrading once we have reached the max amount of fields used. 1 word for this app = AWESOME. -TeamBF

Excellent app so far – very customizable with lots of features, even allows our visitors to upload photos from their desktops or mobile devices. We haven't tested out the rest of the features yet, but highly recommended so far.
