Very prompt service and actually the self help info I was sent I was able to resolve, but support still reached out to make sure everything was taken care of.

Extremely well thought out and intuitive app. All templates are super customizable. Integrates perfectly with MailChimp for Newsletter Management. I also use it for a Contact From and a Sample Request Interest Form. Works great for all of the above! I recently had an issue with a very old form I had created that I couldn't solve myself. Timur debugged it and spent time explaining what happened, recreated it, and walked me through resyncing to MailChimp. Amazing support. Thank you!

This app is my go to and it works very well for my store. I receive and have received many of my clients through the forms I've created with this app so I cannot live without it!! I've never had problems with it until recently but it was fixed IMMEDIATLY!! By Richcarde he honestly saved my day and forms because they were mysterious deleted. He brought them back with no problems and provided stellar customer service. If you have a client based sector within your business then this is the app for you!! My forms with this app has made my client based part of my business run smoothly for going on 3 years and I'm super thankful for it. It's so much you can do with this app!!

One thing we can say about POWR is that they care about their clients and the users experience using the POWR products. We had some issues with our POWR Contact Form and with the help of Richcarde and team they were able to solve it to get our store back up and running! Exceptional service! 5/5!
Thank you for your review. Please allow me to explain why you may be noticing a small delay in seeing your POWR app show up on your site. A script is required to load our apps, and the script will load in the order that it appears in relation to other scripts on your website. In other words, it is not that the POWR app itself is loading slowly, but rather, it is waiting on other scripts to finish loading before rendering on your site. While we cannot control the loading speed in your Website, POWR's product development team is constantly striving to make the user experience optimal for our products, and we definitely take into account the loading speeds of our standalone apps. As our team continues to grow, we are actively working to make POWR apps faster for our users like you.

I'm still a small business and I don't get as many messages yet, so this app is great if you're just starting out. You can upgrade once your business picks up! Super easy to use and support is fast in responding to your emails.

Their form builder is easy to use and customizable. One of my forms wasn't working. I had an issue with attaching the code to my site. Reached out to support and they helped resolve this immediately.

Had an issue with the form plugin appearing on our Shopify site and couldn't resolve the issue from various FAQs and online troubleshooting, so contacted POWR support and received a message and the resolution within 1 business day. Needed a fast turnaround and got one - excellent app and support. Special thanks to Jamilya for the help.

Amazing support team! We've been using POWR apps for over 4 years now and love it. We recently published a custom application for our website through the integration with the POWR apps and worked against a tight deadline. Irina and the engineering team responded daily to our needs, updated scripts and published our theme, resulting in no downtime. Highly recommend!
