My store needed to implement popups for our website. After looking around I found POWR Popup to be one of the best ones out there though I was having issues getting my own image correctly working in the popup. After jumping on the live chat and speaking to Arlyne, she greatly supported me and guided me through the steps I needed one by one to help me get the popup just as I wanted. She was even kind enough to submit a feature request of another popup style I would like to see this app do. She was a fantastic help and now the popup meets all my needs with its extensive features. Definitely recommend.

Still using this app after so many years. The app was recently down, but the team was QUICK to fix any issues and get it back up and running after only about an hour. During this time, I sent a frantic email, to which they responded within minutes, and later even sent a follow up email reassuring me of a successful resolution and reinstatement of the app. Grateful for this team's customer service and promptness.

Happy with the customer service and very glad to speak with a real person and not a bot, but the app has been very glitchy today as I’ve gotten started. We’ll see how it goes moving forward.
