The app worked fine for some time. I upgraded to paid version for a few months but then got back to the free one. However, the charges continued even after contacting both POWR and Shopify support. On POWR dashboard subscription showed as free, but Shopify settings still had the subscription as active. Contacted the support multiple times, only received offers to upgrade to a more expensive option. They also previously insisted on writing a positive review which i did, because I liked the app initially. Changing the review now. Very frustrated with the experience and time wasted contacting support - with no use. They also refuse to refund the charges that were done after the paid plan cancellation. I had to delete the app.

It's really not working well. While I have only one pop-up active, customers experience multiple version of the pop-up on my website, killing conversasion. Really one of the worst app I've worked with - not worth the money and should claim it back

Hello there, We noticed that you deleted the old popups incorrectly, allowing them to remain on the website. Furthermore, you sent us an email on a weekend (when most of our support team are out of office) and then went straight to post this review in less than an hour before hearing from us unfortunately. You can stay assured that there is no issue with displaying the app at all, and our support team are always available to assist for any concerns you may have. It really hurts to see this kind of feedback, as we assume that it doesn't reflect our efforts to provide our users with the best experience possible with our apps. Adquiri la version Pro y no me funcionan los Popup, no salen en la web. Entro en multiples ocasiones a mi tienda y no sale nada. Para colmo tan pronto instale la app la pagina web me esta alertando de actividades no seguras.

Really sorry that you had such experience, please note that the popup should be running properly with no issue at all and any dysfunction might be caused by multiple factors depending on the theme you're using or more. POP UP DOESNT WORK, completely un-reliable. I have contacted their support over 3 times now asking why this doesn't work and i get the same answer every time. " we are looking into it" What am I paying for?? Complete waste of my time.

Warning!! The worst app ever. Worked well but when we should change to an other solution, it's impossible to get an answer if we own the addresses or not. We still pay for it because we don't know what going to happen if we delete it. And they never get back with a understandable answer.

Funzionava alla grande la versione a pagamento...per un'ottimizzazione SEO abbiamo disinstallato l'applicazione per reinstallarla dopo circa 1 giorno e non hanno voluto riattivare l'account già pagato in quanto lo abbiamo disinstallato. Ho contattato il loro reparto tecnico e mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare DI NUOVO l'abbonamento per avere la versione performante già pagata. Un'ottima app veramente ma decisioni amministrative veramente non giuste.

Don't even bother with this app. You can't even get a refund for your monthly subscription if it doesn't meet your needs. If your trying to make a popup for clicking a button your wasting your money. Just redirect them to your contact page. It's not worth spending $13 a month on this garbage.

I took the time to get it all setup and unfortunately their advertising is faults, this is not a free tool. They had it pop up 5 times on my website then took it down and wanted to charge me. I don't mind companies wanting to make money but be upfront about it.

The Free plan says unlimited view but after using it for a month or less we have been asked to upgrade to an annual plan which costs >180 usd and there is no option to upgrade to a lower plan as stated on this page i.e. 43 usd. It is a rip off, so dont install this app.

Super shady pricing. On the app store, the Starter plan says "$3.99/month or $3.59/month billed at $43.09 once per year" and it's only after installing the app you realize that doesn't exist (at all) and you must pay for all their apps with a much more expensive pricing structure based on page views.

Absolute Crap. Wasted half a day on this app no contact from support. Then despite paying for the upgrade which said they would not add any branding to my site it added the branding on the home page and added a heap of other apps I was not interested in. Deleted the app and now their branding is still on my website.

I had big issues trying to install the app. Contacted support 4 days in a row, Shopify contacted them as well. No response. Finally, heard from them on the 5th day and she said she never heard from me and that I never had Shopify contact them. I do not believe her because as soon as I canceled the app, then she contacted me. I would not advise using this app. NO support for a paid app.
