It is an easy to use app for pop-up. Very prompt customer service as well. Too bad the pop-up doesn't have geolocation function yet. Wish they can impliment it in the future!
The app is user friendly and better customization options than a lot of the other pop up apps I looked into. Mithsou is such a great support person!

Customer service was really helpful and the response time was fast.
I have some issues wtih the app itself, however the support is always stellar. My latest interaction with Richcarde was extremely helpful and productive. He solved my issue and offered to keep my ticket open for a few days to ensure that the solution works. I appreciate that level of service.

Very fast contact. Perfect. I have a good feeling wiht this app. And the app is powerful. I little bit complicated to understand all, because it is only in English. Could get one more star, if also available in German.
Have been using the app for quite a while. Works as promised, easy to customize and tracks data well. Lost one star as we have experienced some small glitches, but they were promptly corrected by the support team. **Response time of support has been phenomenal and they have explained the issue and the fix.
It looks good as a start, but I haven't used it enough to give a review. Need to use it more to understand all its features and limitations.

Configuré la app para pop ups, lo quería solo visible en homepage pero solo pude configurarlo en todas las páginas. El servicio de atención al cliente me ayudó con la configuración, muy amables.
