These guys are really nice. Had a support issue, they had to escalate it to a programmer and within minutes the programmer got back to me and started to handle the issue. issue was resolved in less than an hour. 5 star for service. If anyone is having any issue, just reach out and they will take care of oyu.

I would definitely recommend this app for a simple way to create professional-looking pop-ups for the templated website structure in Shopify. The designs elements are easily manipulated, and if you're having a trouble with a feature, their online chat support is very responsive.

This app and customer service have been exceptional. I initially had a few querks with the form output but Richarde was quick to help fix the issue and very knowledgeable about what I needed to get the desired affect. Thank you very much.

I had some trouble setting up my popups and one of the staff named Richcarde was really keen to help out everything I needed. He responded very quickly and I got everything I needed sorted thanks to him.
