It does not allow you to choose from all collections, and the manual plug-in instructions did not work.

Causes more headaches then its worth. Downloaded this pop-up tool because it was marketed that you could connect to google analytics. They have articles and a spot to enter your GTM but turns out that its not actually supported. They only way to get tracking is to email their support team the code. Then cross your fingers and wait for them to enter it into the application. Have had trouble getting the pop-up to show properly on mobile and just today I woke up to see the pop-up appear half way off the screen.

Easy to use, with lots of customisable features and a neat data output directly to a chosen email address. Excellent customer service, including swift problem-solving and developer-side solutions and edits.

I had used this app before on Shopify, I wanted to use it again & I found it more confusing. I had to contact support & within minutes help was online. The problem I had was sorted asap as I had wasted over 90mins trying to sort. Thanks a lot for helping Much appreciated Edel

I have some issues wtih the app itself, however the support is always stellar. My latest interaction with Richcarde was extremely helpful and productive. He solved my issue and offered to keep my ticket open for a few days to ensure that the solution works. I appreciate that level of service.

POP UP DOESNT WORK, completely un-reliable. I have contacted their support over 3 times now asking why this doesn't work and i get the same answer every time. " we are looking into it" What am I paying for?? Complete waste of my time.
