We use this app for Pre-Orders and Back in Stock requests and it's a great app! When I had troubles configuring our pre-sale Nilou was very helpful and had us back on track right away.

Really easy to install, and everything is set up automatically once the app is activated. Grace from Customer Care team reached out to me, and offered to customize the buttons to better align with my theme. All I had to do was say yes, and she took care of everything and the result was fabulous. Thanks Grace!

Working with Nareh was one of the best customer service experiences we've had in a long time. Getting immediate responses, back end help and explantations so we can be self sufficient moving forward. Considered other apps but chose this one for the customer service. Highly recommend. Makes all the difference when youre using all kinds of apps for different needs.

We’re currently exploring apps to support our store setup, and our experience with Notify Me! has been very positive so far. Melissa has been a standout, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She’s been quick to troubleshoot issues and provide clear guidance, making the process much smoother for us. As an ecommerce company, we’re especially interested in solutions that support preorder workflows. There are certain challenges around timing and order management, so having the right tools in place is important. Melissa has been great in understanding our needs and helping us explore how the app can support them. We’re particularly excited about the preorder capabilities and hope to see continued enhancements, especially around preorder-specific intent notifications. Overall, we have high hopes for this app. Through Melissa’s support, we feel confident the team will continue to evolve the product and deliver solutions that address real vendor challenges.
