Have been using the app for some days, still finding my way around. Support team, espacially Nilou was amazing and quick in helping to set everything up incl. changes needed from their end, within minutes.

My experience with customer support has been nothing short of amazing. Pearl took the initiative to reach out to me to see if I needed any help, and even provided some advice on how she may be able to assist with making the widgets better fit my shopify theme. I had some other requests that I did not know she could help with, but she very kindly helped me solve them all! I highly recommend this app. Thank you once again Pearl for your amazing service and support!

The Notify Me app and team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I was initially unsure about the price for the service, but once you experience the level of support and the quality of the product, you quickly realise its true value. I’ve worked with several team members to customise the look and feel, and every time they deliver exactly what I need, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

So far so good, but we are just a few days in on the Standard Plan. I think there is a 3% fee applied to pre-orders, which is a bit steep for us, so we just use the app for Back in Stock notifications and that works very well. I stuggled to use the app to strat with, but Miles in support quickly got me up to speed, so that part is faultless. All in all I am please we got this app and are using for the notifications. I think that will more than pay for itself.
