Customer service goes above and beyond. I'm in the process of launching my first business (with little expertise in this area). Melika understood exactly what I needed help with and was able to solve it quickly. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. When I initially installed the widget, I wanted to change a few of the CSS elements. Not only did Aliya say that editing the CSS was possible, but she actually went and made the changes for me IN REAL TIME. She literally redesigned the entire button for me in less than 3 minutes. I was on the free plan, but now I will certainly be upgrading. Thank you, Aliya.

easy to use but as with all shopify related apps I have used so far, the free version is insufficient and the paid version adds up. The support was excellent

We needed an app to address a few out-of-stock items causing missed sales. This app, with its easy navigation and clean, streamlined interface, is perfect for our needs. The customer service was also super helpful. Highly recommend!

Setup was simple, straight forward and a breeze. It was a nice surprise that after downloading, it was an agent to assist me. I have just upgraded my plan to include pre-order feature. Melika from customer service was very helpful. She made sure the widget was perfectly set up, she activated the collection widget as well as the pre-order description on the product page. Thank u!
