Mason has been very helpful and patient with me while setting up our notifications, buttons and placements etc, even after i changed my mind many times. It's looking good! we haven't had customers use the sytem yet but so far so good and i think it will be a very useful tool for us!

We are very happy with the Notify Me! app in general. It is a useful tool for us and our customers, and helps us gauge demand for future product ordering. The customer service accessed through Chat is a valuable addition, and representative Mason was very kind as he assisted with with an Export (while the function was broken in Dashboard). Thanks Mason! Mo also helped me access more functions and provided excellent customer support when we needed it. Nareh followed up with us to assist with the Notify Me required migration.
