Easy to set up, like the collection feature. However some features missing that would be practicle in a multi sku store environment. Support team very responsive

We constantly sell out of our products and this app has really helped me get an instant boost of sales as soon as we restock! The best part is it's all automatic. Not only does the app work well, the customer service (Melika) has been so helpful and prompt to reply! They even helped me for over 30 minutes on a sunday! Nowadays, customer service and being able to talk to a real person is so rare so I really appreciate this!

Super simple and easy app. I installed it and was up an running with Back-In-Stock notification emails within 5 minutes. Did EXACTLY what I needed it to do with absolutely no fuss at all. The widgets integrated into my theme beautifully. Tech support is also fantastic if you need it. They checked up on me multiple times and had very clear communication skills.

I'm new to the app, but so far love the functionality. Customer Service was amazing at getting me set up when I encountered some issues with the theme I had installed.

Nareh helped me with a number of issues regarding the app embed. She was very patient and diligent trouble shooting. Eventually. she figured out what the issues were, and made sure that everything was working and set-up according to my needs. I was very happy and satisfied with the level of customer service received from this outfit. Thanks a ton for all of your help!

started using notify today . my expectations have been exceeded . friendly and helpful service ; namely from their team member melika who patiently walked me through the setup . 100% recommend . i feel confident and comfortable with the app .

Just installed and got the notify me button up and running in no time. Test email successful. Support checked the setup without me asking. It could not have been any easier. Looks like the free plan does not allow you to see the emails of people who have asked to be notified...that is concerning.
