Selbst mit der kostenfreien Version haben wir alles was unser Shop braucht integriert bekommen. Der Kundensupport ist total schnell, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

This startup team is amazing to say the least. I was up at 1AM EST working on my site, got to try the Notify Me and Pre-order button, and guess what, a real web dev was on the chat with me to make sure that the location of my newly added Notify Me button was right where I needed it. And that's not all, she, Hasti, even made sure to fix a bug that occurred along the way of adjusting the button on my Home and Product pages. Just wow. This is what "knowing your customers' needs before they even discover they have such needs" looks like! Go Notify!

Amazing Customer service as i had button placement issues due to my custom shopify theme. These issues were sorted very promptly for us.

The app is very easy and straightforward to use. It works by activating a button and is automatically integrated using the colours of your website. Support is quick, friendly and super helpful. Would recommend this app to anyone. I currently use the features Pre-order and Notify me when back in stock and both work perfectly well.

Support is the best of what I have seen from all the Shopify apps out there! App seems to work pretty well based on one day of use I got so far. But I wish their plans were fixed fee based on number of monthly pre-order transactions like many of other pre-order management apps instead of taking percentage of all your pre-order sales... this seems weird.. and ends up being more expensive than Credit Card processing fee... that's too expensive... :(

Integration was very easy, almost automatic. and Delaram was an absolute pleasure to speak with as I was figuring it out. It felt immediately useful and the user interface feels well done and thought out.

Excellent customer support team. Zara was quick to jump to our aid with a few of our newbie questions. App is very easy to use. Highly recommend.
