so far very helpful in setting me up. It will be nice if pre-order limit is increased.. will be very helpful for start ups like us as they are keen to generate more sales online.

Super helpful support from Mason, the widget was set and working in 5 minutes. Although I've just installed it and make some tests it looks like a powerful app. Lots of customisation options for both the widget & the notifications and simple dashboard to manage user submissions.

This is my go-to app for restocking alerts and waitlist for out-of-stock products. The app is very robust, works without a hitch, and provides good quality customer service if you need it. Plus it's free to use on a small scale. 5 stars.

Delaram was professional, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. She was able to quickly diagnose the problem and suggest what I needed to do to correct it. It isn't often that I find online support staff so easy to work with and so responsive.

So far so good! We needed an app that could manage a large number (20,000+) of pre-order and out-of-stock products, and this does that simply and with some customization as well.

This app is incredibly user friendly and requires no coding experience. As a new shopify store owner and a novice in every aspect this app has helped me to manage my preorder campaign seamlessly. Customer service is very responsive and has been able to help me navigate some of the areas I was a little unsure of. Delaram was insightful and responsive and has helped escalate one other challenge that needs backend support. I'm still waiting on support for the email verify configuration which wasn't working for me and the CNAME DNS updates, so that's the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars at this point instead of five.

Notify is GREAT to capture customer data when someone wants to buy but product is not ready to head out the door!! A customers excitement to buy is your most valuable asset. Don't lose that opportunity, just use Notify to capture it!

Acabamos de instalar Notify! y la configuración es súper sencilla y rápida, he tenido algunas personas que están interesadas en productos que no tengo disponibles por el momento y se vuelve algo confuso tener que enviarles notificaciones a través de mi plataforma de email marketing, espero que con Notify! pueda hacer más fácil el proceso de notificar a mis clientes y dejar de negar productos. Otro punto importante, el servicio a cliente es muy rápido y amable, Setareh me ayudó a validar el proceso de instalación y verificó que todo funcione bien.

Works really well for notifying customers when an item is back in stock without complicated forms. Easy and fast for our clients. We have used it for several years now, and it has never failed us. We just recently started using the pre-order feature and the customer service was fast, and great communication.

Haven't fully tried the app yet, but based on browsing through all the feature it provides, all seem pretty good to me and easy to navigate. Customer servise was great, fast response and able to address all my needs. overall great experience with this app.
