They don't disclose before you install that they also charge 3-1% of your preorder revenue, on top of the monthly subscription rate. I'm sure many small businesses aren't aware of this hidden fee. Terrible. Don't be shady, and include in your pricing section.

To clarify, the pre-order transaction fee is transparently listed on our app page in the Shopify App Store pricing section, so merchants can review it before installing and select the plan that best fits their needs. That said, we completely understand how important clarity is, especially for small businesses, and we regret any confusion. Our pricing has always been based on the value our service delivers, and we work hard to ensure it’s worth what our customers pay. Great customer service. Easy to understand app.
I used to have a free Klaviyo waitlist connection that stopped working so I downloaded this and it took 5 minutes to setup and works well! The support staff responded within 10 mins of my initial outreach and worked very quickly to answer my questions about customizing the widget. Would highly recommend!
