I have been using NotifyMe for a while now and have found it to be complimentary to our customer service. The information and the ease for our customers to be notified of back in stock has proven to be a great sales tool. Pearl from the customer service team, when we were having app issues for an upgrade, has been professional, helpful and extremely prompt. Thank you so much Pearl.

NotifyMe is fantastic! I believe all product based websites should have NotifyMe. The customer service is super super super fast and very accommodating. They keep their word too with what they will help you with. If I could give 100 stars, I would! It should not even be a question to have this app. Furthermore, they have additional features such as a wishlist which seamlessly integrates too. Highly recommend!!

Stella was very helpful in assisting with my request to change the appearance of the "notify me" button to match the theme of the site. Within 10 minutes of my request, we had things matched perfectly to what I was looking for.

I am actually shocked at how amazing the customer service is. I got a message from Grace, advising me she noticed the alignment of the alignment was not correct on the website. Showed me in the chat what she could do and just did it. No prompt from me. This is actually a level of customer service I hadn't experienced before. Definitely sold me on this product and I havent even used it yet!

The Notify Back in Stock app is exactly what I was looking for regarding enhancing the web experience for my customers. Thanks to Stella, my account representative, my e-commerce store is now outfitted with not only a 'notify me' button on each of my product pages, but also an 'add to wishlist' button with a very nice wishlist heart icon in the header of my site. My site is well organized and optimized for both mobile and desktop experiences. Thanks to Stella and the Notify team for making this integration everything in envisioned and more!

This app is very easy to get set up with a wonderful customer service team (worked with Miles and Pearl) that's willing to jump in, review settings, and make helpful suggestions to customizations so brand consistency is maintained. I'm so excited to use this app for my store! Thank you all!

I was having trouble adjusting the app and making it look professional on my website, and an agent was able to do it for me in a matter of minutes with me just saying “I wanted it done professionally”. They matched it to my website and it looks great. The app itself works as good as it’s meant to, and good customer service to top it off

We’ve only just started using Notify!, but the app has been very easy to install and use. The standout has been the customer service. Pearl contacted me immediately after installation, flagged formatting issues I hadn’t noticed, and fixed them straight away. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and resolved every query with ease. I highly recommend Notify! - and Pearl! :)

As soon as I downloaded the app, I had instant, personal help from a lovely lady named Stella. She immediately jumped on and customised widgets to suit my theme and provided such a tailored experience. She went above and beyond, and honestly it's the best service I've received in such a long time. I'm really looking forward to exploring this app's features, especially knowing the level of support that is there to help.
