The workflow works perfectly. I'm just newbie for Shopify. The support team is very supportive and helpful, especially Pearl. She give me the guidance and help me to adjust the appearance to show my boss( as I need her approval before upgrade plan )

This app is exactly what I needed to offer better communication and visuals for my customers! When I first got the app I needed a little help. I used the built in help and got connected RIGHT AWAY. It was so refreshing to speak with an actual human being and get immediate help setting up my widgets. The NICEST lady named Pearl helped me and I don't think I have ever gotten better customer service. She was so kind and helpful. She was able to provide me all the tweaks I needed and more! Very happy I came across this app to help elevate the shopping experience for my customers.

We have been using Notify Me for years. The app works great letting our customers know when items are restocked. There are also some other great features. We had an issue with the app and received immediate and excellent service from Harry. Thank you!

Currently working on adding Notify into our store for Back In Stock and Wishlish functionalities. Pearl from the support team helped do some custom CSS to bring the wishlish into our mega-menu. Super appreciate of her prompt help!
