Not impressed with their business model, forcing tiny businesses into $300-400/year payment simply to show when something is low in stock, instead even if I have 999 in stock, it says that.
Hi Woodland Herbal, I appreciate you taking the time to share this. I understand the confusion you ran into. When stores use a high stock value (like 999) for made-to-order products, the Low Stock badge can appear unexpectedly if the inventory threshold isn’t configured the way you intend. The badge and the back-in-stock functionality are separate settings, and the threshold can be adjusted so it only appears when inventory genuinely drops below the level you choose. I saw the conversation you had with support where those settings were shared. If it still didn’t behave the way you needed, I’d be more than happy to personally take another look with you and make sure it’s configured properly for your store. I also hear your feedback around pricing — comments like this are helpful as we continue refining how plans work for businesses of different sizes.

This app and the support, specifically Pearl and Grace made the transition from my older apps so much easier and flawless. They helped with setup and customization and I am able to do more in this one app than I did in multiple previous apps.

Pearl is absolutely amazing. She reached out to make sure everything was working properly and even made a couple cosmetic suggestions that I would have never thought of. If this is the customer service received at the free level (I'm still new and growing), I can only imaging how attentive your customer support is with a paid plan. As soon as the product officially launched, my subscribers received an instant notification straight to their phones, which let them shop right away. It has all I need for my store and the costumer service is amazing and fast. Definitely a must have app if you want a pre-order, back-in-stock, and more functions in your store!
