I am a new app user, but the second I installed it, one of the team members, Melika, was incredibly helpful in testing things with me to ensure it worked and understood my needs. The setup process was smooth, and the functionality was easy to use. Since I create products in batches, it is essential to be able to allow people to be notified and be able to pre-order, and this app is fantastic for that. I look forward to seeing its performance during this peak season for my business.

We really like the possibility of customizing the features that this app offers. We are seeing great return on the notify me-button as well. It has been a good way to learn more about our customers needs. Plus! They have fantastic customer service!

Have not gotten a chance to set everything up yet but, I must say their customer service team is great! Hasti greeted me with a warm welcome and immediately offered a suggestion for my pop up. It was quick and it looks amazing! :) Thank you Hasti!

tengo la versión lite y la verdad que tiene muy buena funcionalidad y el customer support es genial! me han ayudado a mover el botón de sitio y a eliminar el botón de comprar si el producto está agotado. Lo recomiendo

Wir nutzen die App erst seit wenigen Tagen, aber wir sind so positiv überrascht, dass wir bereuen, sie nicht schon früher installiert zu haben. Sie bietet viele sinnvolle Funktionen, die für einen Shopbetreiber essenziell sind. Schon am ersten Tag haben sich zahlreiche Kunden für eine Benachrichtigung eingetragen, das zeigt uns, dass dieses Feature von unseren Kunden gut angenommen wurde..., über die Berichte kann man auch eindeutig sehen, welches Produkt wie oft für eine Benachtigung aktiviert wurde, somit kann man die jeweilige Nachfrage auch gut erkennen. Zudem ist der Support wirklich klasse! Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten wurde uns sofort geantwortet, das junge Team ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde direkt geholfen und unsere Probleme waren innerhalb Minuten gelöst. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Works fantastic. I test it every now and then by using the notify button myself on a not before used email address and as soon as stock comes back online I get the email every time straight away. I also like the statistics to see who opened the email, who clicked the link and who actually made a purchase. And I can see which product is popular, so I know where to put my priorities with ordering in new stock. The fee is definitely worth the extra revenue! Would recommend!
