Shortly after we started using Notify on our Shopify store to handle our pre-orders, we encountered a compatibility issue with another one of our installed apps. The Notify team was quick to respond, providing a fix through the app's built-in chat service. Their technical skill was matched by their excellent customer service, attentive and friendly in every interaction. While we've only been using Notify for a short time, the customer service we've received has been impressive.

very helpful customer service! worth splurging for premium EDIT: I was billed after cancelling my plan and downgrading to the free version. I messaged support to confirm I wouldn't be billed but was still charged!! VERY disappointed
We’re very sorry for the confusion and disappointment you experienced. We completely understand how frustrating it must have felt to be charged after downgrading. To clarify, when a plan is downgraded there is no immediate cancellation of the current billing cycle , the downgrade takes effect at the end of that cycle. The charge you received was for the previous cycle you were already on, not a new one. After you reached out, we processed a refund and informed you right away, even following up afterward. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from your side, but please know our team is always here to assist if you need anything further. We sincerely apologize again for the confusion and will continue working to make our billing process clearer for all users. Thank you for sharing your feedback, as it helps us improve.

Great app for your customers to get notified when a product is back in stock. Also their team is really nice and helped me place the button . Delaram is very nice person an she helped me to place the button. she is such an nice personality.
Brilliant customer service. The team were able to add the 'notify me' feature to the home page, and colour match the buttons to each product colour.
